The DJ and the corporate (Unit Manager) agree fee, music policy, performance times and other issues directly with each other as part of the booking process. This process is ongoing and takes place within the website system, all information is recorded and available for future reference.
Additional facilities for the corporate client include a 'Data Mining Toolbox' used to extract, display and print financial and/or operational information as needed. There is also the facility for 'one click' financial/operational reporting. Useful for producing a 'snap shot' of business.
The system can be also be licenced and branded under corporate livery for 'in house' use by the individual organisation.
