business focus continued
Pro DJs have identified three key areas that are critical when deploying DJs across a brand or concept.
Quality
All DJs have completed a comprehensive application process that includes a statement of the DJ’s abilities and work history; this must be supported by the supply of at least two references. Each reference must be of senior management level and be currently employed or recently employed in the leisure industry. In order to establish the quality of the DJ, each reference is contacted and verified independently by Pro DJs.
Consistency
By accepting Pro DJs Terms and Conditions, each DJ subscribes to providing professional standards and personal commitment to the presentation of company music policy at all times. The more invoices that a DJ generates through the system, the higher that DJ is placed in the searches. Put simply, the most popular DJs will always rank highest in the searches. This is designed to provide an incentive for the DJ and make sourcing a DJ more efficient for unit managers. The combination of these factors result in improved consistency of DJ and music policy deployment.
Control
All data generated by the system is recorded and logged. This data can be accessed via a 'Data Mining Toolbox' and/or 'Customised Reporting'. The 'Data Mining Toolbox' is used toe extract data for reporting, presentation, review, analysis etc dependant on individual company requirements, The 'Customised Reporting' facility can be employed to produce 'one click' reports for use by individual managerial departments or company personnel. Mangers at all levels can operate with improved control and efficiency by having instant access to critical operational information.
